JONATHAN ISAACSON – PRESIDENT

Jonathan Isaacson, CEOJonathan has worked as CEO of prime contracting for 11 years. He has a great deal of experience in customer relations, scheduling, and delegation and placement of personnel, and overall project management. Jonathan is responsible for organization within the company, as well as putting together and organizing individual projects. Jonathan does the final quality control inspection on each and every job performed by Cochise Tech and Electric.

 

 

JOHN ISAACSON – QUALIFYING PARTY of LICENSE

John IsaacsonJohn has worked in commercial construction and commercial electrical for 26 years, during which time he has worked as journeyman electrician, journeyman framer, supervisor, manager, and project superintendent. He also has hands on experience in the following trades; block laying, concrete slabs, roofing, plumbing, and carpentry. John is expert at Photovoltaic solar system installs. His keen eye and superior knowledge are essential, in order to create the fine product, standard to Cochise Tech and Electric LLC.

 

 

STEPHEN HYDE – LEAD OPERATIONS ORGANIZER

Stephen Hyde, Program ManagerMr. Hyde is the most proficient Operations Organizer CTE has ever employed. Steve possesses the unique gift to organize into strategic parts any operation presented him. He clearly sees an operation’s activities and can illustrate them in clear concise language. He began showing his ability at a very young age working in the family’s electrical business. Mr. Hyde now runs one of the largest subcontract activities at CTE reaching into the tens of millions in revenue.

 

 

BENJAMIN GARCIA – TEAM LEADER / PROJECT MANAGER

Benjamin Garcia - advisorMr. Garcia has propelled his presence forward in the construction industry over the recent eight years. Ben’s keen insight of business practices continues to pave his successful path as Managing Partner at CTE. He is quick to learn and leadership is natural for him. He is formidable at CPM Scheduling, Estimating via CSI Formats, and the advanced fundamentals of Project Superintendence and office Project Management. Among Mr. Garcia’s successes are his negotiated wins of multi-million dollar contracts. As a former Web designer his CAD skills and marketing talents are invaluable. Mr. Garcia has USACE Quality Construction Manager Certification and carries thirty hour OSHA, CPR and First Aid Training cards as well.
We are sad to announce that Ben will be leaving us to start his own company, ICON Services.

 

HOWARD COURTNEY – PRIMARY SCHEDULER / CHIEF ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR / PURCHASING AGENT

Howard Courtney, electrical estimator for Cochise Tech and Development Mr. Courtney has three and a half decades of extensive service in the commercial and industrial construction industry. Howard’s strongest discipline is Electrical Engineering and as an IBEW journeyman he worked on the Boeing Aero Space Production Program. At CTE he is the Lead Electrical Estimator for all contracts and the Chief Electrical Estimator and Scheduler for our extensive list of projects serving Raytheon Company. Howard uses MS Project for his CPM schedules. Mr. Courtney manages the material, labor, and subcontractor resources of our workload on a daily basis and is in charge of coordinating, dispatching and monitoring those resources.

 

 

FRANK CAPAS – SAFETY OFFICER

Mr. Capas is highly educated and holds an extensive forty year background in Safety augmented with positions as an EMT, Fire Marshall/Captain/firefighter, and Police Officer. Frank has developed and taught college level curriculum for EMS, EMT, Fire Science, and Safety courses. Mr. Capas is a Certified OSHA 500 Instructor, and an ADHS approved EMS Program Director. Frank has been recognized as Who’s Who in Public Management, and has memberships with AZ Fire Chief’s, AZ Fire Trainer’s, and National Fire Safety Officer Associations, and the National Registry of EMT’s.

RAYMOND KLUMB – REGISTERED ARCHITECT

Mr. Klumb is a Registered Architect with over thirty years experience and owner of his own firm since 1996. His design work includes military, educational, commercial, industrial, and residential planning. Ray graduated cum laude with his BS in Architecture from Drexel University PA in 1978. He is Registered in Arizona, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and soon Georgia. Mr. Klumb is a member of the International Code Council and Certified by
the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. CTE has a longstanding and respected working relationship with Mr. Klumb and his firm.

JOSIAH FRITZINGER – QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Mr. Fritzinger only began his journey in the construction industry seven years ago but has made significant demonstration that he will go far in it. Since beginning as an electrical apprentice he is now a qualified journeyman electrician and he has expanded his skill set to include significant knowledge in each division of construction work. Josiah simultaneously field manages multiple jobsites. He has competent person training in several areas, including Arc Flash Safety, and carries his thirty Hour OSHA, CPR and First Aid Training, and Certified Lead Safe Renovator cards. Mr. Fritzinger received his Construction Quality Management Certification from the USACE last year.

TIMOTHY OLIVER – INTERIOR DESIGNER

Mr. Oliver has a background in Computer Science. It includes Logistics Management, Network Management, Computer Hardware Installation, and Hardware and Software Technical Support. Tim currently supports CTE’s military training facilities interior CAD design to illustrate our Patent Pending soon to be GSA offered custom Routing Technology Desks and Training Stations. Mr. Oliver uses Chief Architect and Google Sketch-Up software. Tim also has the distinction of Eagle Scout.

TIM HARGRAVE – SUPERINTENDENT

Timothy Hardgrave, Superintendent Mr. Hardgrave has thirty five years experience with high end residential and the commercial construction industry. Tim graduated summa cum laude with his BS in Forestry from NAU Arizona. Tim has previously operated his own general contracting business; is an accomplished Superintendent and has the experience and successes to demonstrate his knowledge of site utility through punch list completion. Tim’s demanding high end residential work honed his talent and know how for incorporating quality, unlike others, without the added expense of more time and more money. On every project Tim puts his design understanding, scheduling talent, and resource management capabilities to hard work building a project to be proud of.

SHELDON STRITE – SOLAR DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Sheldon Strite, C.F.O.Mr. Strite designs, manages, and oversees installation of CTE’s State of the Art Solar Energy Generating and Energy Storage Systems. He also follows the emerging technologies developing in the renewable energy market. Sheldon is also Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Office Manager.
